What is your opinion on the spiked foam rollers? i guess it adds a massage
type effect, but im wondering if it is equally suited for using on the
back? Also I have chronic tightness behind my knees that doesn’t go away
with a variety of exercises/stretching, and is a limiting factor for
stretching some of my other muscles. What is the best stretch for this
